We are seeking a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This role will be a key business partner, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that shape the future of our business.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with business leaders to support expense-related financial planning and analysis in support of company profitability.

  • Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

  • Contribute to long-range strategic planning and annual operating plans.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.

  • Coordinate financial deliverables for recurring business and executive reviews.

  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.

  • Collaborate across FP&A, Finance & Accounting, and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your areas of financial support.

  • Support company-wide financial objectives, including achieving the Rule of 45 through program initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, or corporate strategy.

  • Proven ability to analyze business performance and develop actionable financial strategies.

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses strongly preferred.

  • Prior people management experience leading high-performing teams preferred.

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
