Overview
This role leads implementation programs for Dynamic Yield by Mastercard solutions delivered to financial institutions across the APAC region. It spans the full lifecycle from pre-sales scoping to project delivery, driving successful launches and measurable results.
Role
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of multiple client programs in APAC
- Lead pre-sales project scoping, solution alignment, and effort estimation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Monitor program performance and proactively address delivery risks
- Staff and manage delivery team and ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Support sales teams with renewal discussions.
- Collaborate with Product team for continuous features feedback in line with customer requirements.
All About You
- Experience in project or program management in digital, tech, or financial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of paid media marketing, email, mobile, and web marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of APAC financial institutions is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
