FieldTest is a fast-growing advertising/marketing company looking for a smart, intuitive ad operations professional. You will be given an active role on the client services team doing campaign setup, data targeting, client reporting, internal budgeting, etc. Our client marketing campaigns run on platforms including facebook, instagram, snapchat, linkedin, itunes keyword buying and programmatic trading/exchanges.

The ideal candidate should have great communication skills and be very comfortable with math, spreadsheets, and data analysis.

A typical day for ad ops might include any of the following:

• Setting up client campaigns in our suite of ad platforms (we provide training.)

• Reviewing and analysis of campaign performance data for optimization and discussion

• Optimizing all campaigns for best performance

• Meeting with sales team to review goals and strategy

• Meeting with product team to discuss ads and creative for clients

• Communicating directly with client to report performance and suggest campaign adjustments or creative changes

We are located on York Blvd in Highland Park (near Café de Leche), adjacent to delicious food and fun retailers with Namaste Yoga just one block away.
