Here’s what you get to do:

• Full life cycle recruiting on Tech & Non-Tech openings, partnering with hiring managers at Venice HQ, NYC, Chicago, and Provo
• Sourcing and building talent pipelines on unopened requisitions
• Conduct interview skills training for new members of the hiring community at Zefr
• Schedule onsite interviews company-wide
• Discover, plan and attend company meetups, college events, tech crawls, hackathons, and recruiting events
• Exposure to Learning & Development initiatives

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience sourcing or recruiting in-house
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience organizing recruiting events
• A warm, collaborative attitude. Teamwork and effective communication is key within the culture of the existing recruiting department
