Here’s what you get to do:
- Full life cycle recruiting on Tech & Non-Tech openings, partnering with hiring managers at Venice HQ, NYC, Chicago, and Provo
- Sourcing and building talent pipelines on unopened requisitions
- Conduct interview skills training for new members of the hiring community at Zefr
- Schedule onsite interviews company-wide
- Discover, plan and attend company meetups, college events, tech crawls, hackathons, and recruiting events
- Exposure to Learning & Development initiatives
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience sourcing or recruiting in-house
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience organizing recruiting events
- A warm, collaborative attitude. Teamwork and effective communication is key within the culture of the existing recruiting department
