IT Support Specialist

We are looking to add a rockstar IT Support Specialist who will be providing technical support for the JOANY team and creating the most efficient IT onboarding process.
What You'll Do
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve employee IT issues & problems
- Create and maintain the helpdesk asset tracking software
- Manage IT onboarding of new employees
- Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any additional specialized equipment
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment & software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in asset management
- Assist in any computer/network/AV queries and fixes
- Assist the team in any audio-visual setup for internal & external team events
- Provide basic training and support regarding using software such as Slack, Android/Apple OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and AV equipment
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related courses
- 3+ years experience of working in an office environment with employees of all experience levels
- Systems administration experience in, or substantial knowledge of, Windows and Mac platforms, IT security, Google Apps, and other cloud-based environments
