CLA is currently seeking an Investor Services Associate to join our Fund Administration group in one of our Northeast, Midwest, Sunbelt, or West office.
Job Responsibilities:
• Main point of contact for investor services aspect of client relationships
• Compile, organize, and input investor information
• Process investor subscription documents and follow up as necessary
• Process and disseminate investor capital activity documents
• Work with various software platforms to lead the setup and management of investor portals
• Liaise with internal fund administration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetings
• Train and develop incoming team members
Job Requirements:
• 1 year experience in Investor Services or related field, ideally with a fund administrator.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $56,000 - 84,000
The wage range for this position in California is: $62,000 - 90,000
