Job responsibilities
- Represent Data Solutions team as the operational contact for performance measurement, compliance monitoring, risk reporting, and ESG analytics to clients in Taiwan
- Provide cross-coverage for fund services products, including fund accounting and financial reporting
- Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables
- Manage client change requests and support new business onboarding
- Build effective relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party fund managers
- Drive continuous service and operational improvements, providing thought leadership on market developments
- Oversee production, validation, and delivery of services in accordance with service level agreements
- Analyze exceptions in client reporting and escalate issues for timely resolution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and risk management
- Coordinate with Global teams to support production and service outside of Taiwan
- Maintain active interaction with internal stakeholders (i.e. Client Service, Sales, Technology, Product etc.) to support service delivery and client change agendas
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in investment analytics for performance, compliance, ESG, and/or risk management, focused on Taiwan market
- In-depth knowledge of Taiwan's financial market, regulations, and institutional client landscape
- Proven client engagement and stakeholder management experience in financial services or asset management
- Expertise in investment analytics, including performance, compliance, ESG, and market risk
- Deep understanding of investment mandates, industry standards, and fund services framework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Ability to independently drive client change agendas and collaborate with cross-regional teams
- Analytical and critical mindset with ability to influence decision makers
- Team player able to support a broader fund services footprint in Taiwan
- Experience in interpreting investment guidelines and regulatory requirements
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager, or ESG-related certifications will be a plus
- Taiwan-specific qualifications or regulatory licenses is considered an advantage
- Prior experience in Fund Services products will be beneficial
