The Content Partnerships team is seeking a superstar intern enthusiast to support our Talent Management and Operations team. The Talent Management and Operations team works with creators and Public Figures over a number of different verticals and followings to help them build their accounts, perfect their content strategy, increase their posting frequency and involve them in elevation programs. As a Talent Management and Operations intern you will help our TikTok partners to build, grow, and expand their presence on TikTok. You will support the team across a variety of marketing, data, digital media, and content initiatives.

Qualifications

- Review partners in-app content, pull comprehensive data reporting, ideate content ideas and help guide strategy - Assist in identifying high potential creators and Public figures to assist partner manager to increase coverage of top accounts - Help to maintain the creator, celebrity and strategic partner databases - Establish evolving best practices and educate new creators on how to optimize performance - Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues Preferred Qualifications: - Professional and a team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization - Strong interest in digital creators and public figures. As well as a deep understanding of the media landscape. - Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance - Be a self-starter with a strong desire to win and to grow personally & professionally - Ability to Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets and must have a strong understanding of Excel
