TeleSign is looking for a Talent Management and Culture Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting engagement and culture-building strategies across the organization. The Intern will have the opportunity to lead projects supporting workforce development and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into the execution. The Intern will learn best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational change management, and learning and development.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Management and will work closely with the rest of the People Team. We will be welcoming interns during the Summer 2022 term (June to August) and the Intern will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week during the 12-week period.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with key organizational stakeholders to support talent management projects and culture development initiatives impacting 500+ global employees.
- Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives.
- Research cutting-edge learning and development strategies to engage a diverse workforce in a continuous learning culture.
- Innovate to create culture-building strategies to support new hire onboarding and on-going employee engagement.
- Analyze key data insights around employee experience and devise sustainable and scalable interventions.
- Collaborate across the People Team on cross-functional projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A self-starter who is, resourceful, innovative, and takes initiative.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Skilled at navigating a fast-paced work environment with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in a remote environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to accept feedback and integrate it into practice.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders in different time zones.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive human resources and enterprise information.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Current college student, rising junior or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA
