We are looking for an LA based full-stack web developer with Shopify experience. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will continuously improve our front-end storefront and back-end technology to power our e-commerce.

Core Responsibilities:

- Build and customize our UI/UX on top of Shopify 
- Translate figma mockups onto Shopify-powered storefronts 
- Create tools for robust management system, payment, fulfillment, integration of various data sources, and business intelligence reporting 
- QA web changes to ensure operational efficiency 
- Site analytics and usability testing

Who we are looking for:

A talented, energetic full-stack web developer with Shopify experience to be the tech lead at 82 Labs. We need someone with

- 3+ years working in web development; 1+ years working with Shopify platform 
- Can create effortlessly in HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, SAAS, and Shopify Liquid 
- Experience integrating with third party API’s and libraries 
- Experience working with Shopify’s API’s (ex. Storefront, Admin, Orders API etc.) is a bonus 
- A detailed eye towards creating pixel perfect UI 
- Ability to add custom functionality/features leveraging the Shopify Platform and CMS 
- Is passionate about elegant code and efficient dev processes 
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short project deadlines 
- Preferred: B.S. in computer science or equivalent field 
- Has excellent communication and organization skills 
- Experience with Shopify build tools (ex. Slate, Theme Kit etc.) is a plus
