About This Role

At Apeel Sciences, we look to nature to help the global food system improve quality, reduce waste, and ensure an abundant future for our planet. We are seeking a Strategy Intern to join our Strategy team. The Strategy internship will be two (2) months minimum in duration and will involve one or more projects designed to support Apeel’s overall strategy formulation or go-to-market commercial initiatives. The number of projects will be assigned based on total internship duration and bandwidth requirements on a project-by-project basis. The internship will conclude with a presentation of project findings, takeaways and key deliverables. Projects may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Commercial opportunity assessment, including go-to-market and geography-specific strategies
• Market trend assessment and interpretation
• Pricing and expected customer ROI analysis and recommendation 

What You’ll Do

• Support cross-functional business initiatives and work with teams throughout the organization
• Synthesize research and analysis to inform company leadership on key business matters
• Independently manage Strategy project(s) to completion
• Present project report(s) to company leadership

What You Bring

• Ability to identify and evaluate key business issues, performance metrics, organizational linkages and customer value
• Ability to establish sufficient understanding of Apeel technology and products to inform analyses
• Strong work ethic and drive to support company goals through project completion and insights
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to successfully present project findings
