Strategic Customer Advisory Intern
Job Summary
This role is for an internship on the Strategic Customer Advisory (SCA) team. SCA is part of Blackline’s Customer Success organization and is responsible for providing Blackline’s premier transformation offering. The responsibilities of the team include partnering with key customer stakeholders to develop a digital transformation roadmap utilizing the Blackline platform and industry best practices.
The internship role in the SCA team will partner with team members to support SCA customers. Responsibilities will include completing customer specific deliverables such as quarterly usage reports and training assessments as well as assisting with the creation of standard SCA documentation and processes. The intern will also have a project they will own and complete over the course of the internship.
Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)
- Completing assigned project
- Completing quarterly usage reports for each SCA customer
- Developing SCA documentation for recurring processes
Required Qualifications
Education: You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate in Spring 2022.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Accounting knowledge required
- Data analytics experience/education preferred
Working Conditions
Work is primarily sedentary in nature; no special demands required.
