FabFitFun is looking for Front & Back-End Software Engineer Interns to join our team! We are looking for Undergraduate and Masters students that are available to work in the West Hollywood area for the Summer of 2019. The ideal student will have an engineer’s curiosity and a hacker’s tenacity. In this role, you will apply your knowledge to help solve real business problems. What You'll Do:

• Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineers
• Help define development standards, procedures, and guidelines to improve the overall development process
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and performant software
• Receive mentorship from experienced developers

What You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a BS or Masters in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Proficient knowledge of Java programming language concepts, Java EE and SQL
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML and an understanding of their cross-browser challenges and performance issues
• Understanding of software architecture, Linux systems, design patterns and relational databases
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
