SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP
WELL’s Sales Operations team is seeking a summer intern. You will work under the direction of our Systems Architect. This internship is paid and will be fully remote. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience working on a CPQ (configure, price, and quote) and billing project at a fast-paced startup. This is an exciting opportunity for a student that wants to gain startup experience and learn about Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analysis, and/or Marketing.
PROJECT SCOPE
- Organize and map data between Contracts, Salesforce, and Finance
- Ensure accuracy of contract data with Finance models
- Check variance and planning actions
- Bonus: discover insights related to their intersection with segments, use cases, specialties, usage data, margins, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current undergraduate student (rising Junior or Senior preferred) pursuing an Accounting or Finance degree (or similar field of study)
- Highly detail oriented
- Analytical mindset with an interest in Business, Marketing, Operations, etc.
- Familiar and comfortable with spreadsheet manipulation (foundational Excel and Google Sheets skills)
- A self-starter with a strong independent drive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience presenting research/project findings
- Experience with databases & statistics
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
- All internships are paid
- All internships are virtual
- Internships will be full-time (40 hours per week)
- All internships will be 10-12 weeks
- All interns must currently reside in the United States
- We are happy to work with an intern and their school on qualifying internships for course credit (pending the school’s guidelines)
- All interns will be provided with a MacBook Pro
