Sales Operations Intern, Enablement

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Summer College Intern to join Snap Inc! As part of the global Sales Enablement team, within our Sales Operations organization, you will work closely with our Sales Teams and Cross-Functional Partners using your critical thinking, writing skills and networking capabilities to administratively support the Sales Enablement Communication and Education & Development functions. This role is based in our Santa Monica Office Headquarters.
What you’ll do:
Lead a core (summer-long) project involving cross-functional collaboration - including targeted focus groups, analysis of survey data and providing enhancements recommendations to inform future programs
Support additional ad hoc administrative needs for ongoing classroom sessions, communication broadcasts and other comms distribution
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to project manage and balance and evaluate multiple inputs
Ability to analyze a variety of data and identify trends and make recommendation
Proficiency with Google Suite for Business (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from customers to sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a BS/BA, or obtaining a degree in 2020, in a field such as english, history, communication, business, marketing, or related category
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of past internship or work experience including time spent in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Sales Operations, or a similar field, or in a media/advertising-related field
Familiarity with the media and advertising business, specifically digital and mobile
Proven track record collaborating with teams to validate concerns, decipher issues and recommend solutions that support the business, including building relationships with leadership
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously through strong ownership and attention to detail, with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
Creative problem solver with a desire to question the status quo and carve new paths forward
