What you’ll do:
- Perform administrative duties for the Partnerships team
- Identify prospective merchant partners and build targeted prospect account lists
- Contact potential merchant partners/advertisers
- Ensure prospects receive multiple touches to increase chances of conversion
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and partners by providing them with a world class experience
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Maintain active engagement with new leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
- Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified leads, opportunities, closed business, emails sent, and average touches per prospect
- Check in, test/QA, and manage product sample inventory
- Absorb: be fully immersed in a fast-paced and profitable start up! Dive in and have the opportunity to contribute to multiple teams across the company
- Contribute: have meaningful input on projects across the Partnerships team

About You:
- Analytical. Strong quantitative and problem solving skills. Experience with Excel is a must, Google Analytics a plus.
- Tech Guru. Strong familiarity with e-commerce, online content sites, tech and lifestyle products, as well as an array of Social Media platforms.
- Organized. Highly organized with the ability to juggle several things at once and prioritize time-sensitive projects.
- Dedicated. You go above and beyond because you are driven to succeed. You make educated, logical decisions but also know there’s a time for trusting your intuition, vision and heart.
- Detail-Oriented. You strive for perfection in everything you do.
- Teachable. You enjoy learning and are ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone.
