Review Strategy & Ops Specialist Intern

We’re looking for a Review Strategy & Ops Specialist to join Team Snap! Working from our Santa Monica office, you’ll collaborate with our Product Review team (including Ad Review & Integrity, Lens and Content), Legal and Policy teams to help with special projects related to our Review organization.
What you’ll do:
Deep-dive into our Review processes for all monetized products -- ads, content, and partnered content -- and identify any points of improvement
Work with Leadership to document common escalations and the escalation process
Work with Data Science to define additional reporting needs, including indicators of policy violations
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
1+ years of B2B experience
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various team members throughout the company
Strong interest in the technology industry and social media
Experience working with Zendesk, JIRA, or other ticket management systems
Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters
