About the role:

We are seeking a Program Manager Intern at Tinder to join our team. As a Program Manager intern you will partner with Product teams across the organization to assist in tracking product launch schedules and strategy and closely track execution, ensuring operational risks are raised and mitigated. We are looking for a problem solver, a strong cross functional collaborator, a tactical executioner and specialist who can balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with ease.

What you'll do:

• Provide structure and momentum to product and project management activities through detailed note taking and action item identification and management
• Develop and manage project plans using Gantt charts to model delivery timelines and inform scope and resourcing related to upcoming Tinder releases
• Evolve systems and frameworks to suit the needs of specific projects, improving and developing new templates
• Partner with stakeholders across business (Member Experience, Marketing, Legal, PR, and Engineering) to identify opportunities to continuously improve the planning process

What we're looking for:

• A student currently enrolled in a full-time degree program pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a graduation date no earlier than December 2021
• BA/BS in business management, engineering, computer science or similar
• Pursuing a graduate degree, preferably MBA or Project Management
• Prior program management internship or work experience
• You are interested in exploring a career in program and project management in the consumer technology industry
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advocate Tinder’s products internally and externally
• You have the ability to customize processes to meet the requirements of varying environments, including working with project management tools and technologies; familiarity with Confluence/JIRA is a plus 
• You think strategically and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentYou have an uncanny ability to structure and drive problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving sophisticated problems
