The Role

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The Program Management Intern (full time, hourly, temporary) will; essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work with Program Management team and interface with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Leadership, and most parts of the organization.
• Contribute to the success of a real business, with real products, and real challenges.
• Complete assignments needed to support the execution of business objectives.
• Learn the ins-and-outs of how companies operate.
• Performing additional duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• This position will not include supervising one or more employees where applicable.

Education/Experience:

• 1-2 years previous experience in internship & education.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong ability to research and present ideas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Baseline understanding, interest, or experience in the automotive industry a plus
• Self-motivated and has excellent multi-tasking skills
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen.

Equipment/Software Used:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in an office environment that is well lit and ventilated.
