- People Operations (Total Rewards)
- People Performance & Growth
- People DEIBS (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Social Impact)
What you’ll do:
- You will help drive key People Team initiatives across the company
- Collaborate across our People team to align program objectives and improve processes.
- Develop data, insights, dashboards, and data visualizations that help optimize program and organizational performance.
- Drive engagement through internal communication and marketing
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You’ll have an ability to think strategically and operationally
- You’ll have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You’ll challenge conventional thinking through research and analysis.
- You’ll collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
Bonus points:
- Experience in video gaming or health & fitness industries
- Passion for cycling, running and/or fitness
- Experienced Zwifter
