What you’ll do:

• Support highly visible, strategic projects that are imperative to the Operations department’s growth and long-term goals
• Contribute to strategic projects involving different business functions, aimed at answering critical problems and growth initiatives
• Historical analysis on forecast, actual volume, and leadtime to ship orders; documentation of capacity planning methods utilized and recommendation on how to improve
• Support Operations Department and communicate with all other departments that require our assistance.
• Support both the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinators with daily updates such as:
• Inventory Request Updates
• Creating Asana Tasks and SF Tasks for inbound requests both from outside and within our department.
• Research and test software or applications
• Follow port updates to better prepare us for any merchant delays.
• Help clear out the Vendor Success Queue in ZenDesk.
• Assist in the gathering of information to personalize seasonal and holiday outreach to our merchants.

About You:

• Analytical. Strong quantitative and problem solving skills.  Experience with Excel is a must. 
• Task Management Guru. Strong task management and project management skills. Experience working in Salesforce is a plus. 
• Organized. Highly organized with the ability to juggle several things at once and prioritize time-sensitive projects.
• Dedicated. You go above and beyond because you are driven to succeed.  You make educated, logical decisions but also know there’s a time for trusting your intuition, vision and heart.
• Detail-Oriented. You strive for perfection in everything you do.
• Teachable. You enjoy learning and are ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone.

• Intro Call: You’ll hop on a quick call with the hiring manager so we can get to know you better — and you can learn a little more about the role. 
• Homework Assignment: We send over a quick exercise that challenges you to solve a problem and come up with a creative solution. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
• Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with a few team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
