Our Brand and Communications team is looking for a marketing communications intern to support or own numerous projects ranging from social media content, digital marketing, and content development that will contribute to building brand awareness.
What You’ll Own:
- Content marketing strategy and execution for key campaigns and programs. Draft content marketing buyer journeys by segment and persona/audience to meet business objectives around brand and demand
- Craft content briefs and manage the creation of content assets including
- Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers, and industry experts to deliver content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience (blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, videos, demos, etc.)
- Manage our customer reference program end-to-end to recruit clients and deliver high-value testimonials in all channels including podcasts, videos, 3rd party reference sites and app stores, and via social channels. Deliver a slate of "lighthouse customer references" that help drive brand awareness and reputation
- Continuously measure and optimize the performance of content and channels to improve conversion and lower CAC
- Content marketing and social media: Work with the content team to develop social media and blog content to refresh and promote our existing library of assets, education and building trust with our Ideal Customer Personas
What You’ve Accomplished:
- Junior or Senior with a BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or other related degree
- Knowledge of marketing concepts including digital marketing tactics and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
