We are looking for a Legal Intern (20-30 per week) to join our team this summer. You will have exposure to basic contract drafting, legal research, data privacy and cybersecurity, corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory and marketing compliance. You will have the opportunity to work on contract review and document drafting, compliance review of advertisements, filing relevant corporate documents (i.e. DBAs), legal research, participation in brainstorms and team collaborations with various departments to discuss applicable legal issues (i.e. CE ideation meetings, new product initiatives, etc.). You will also provide additional support and assistance on special projects to facilitate business and legal initiatives.

Requirements

Enrolled in J.D. program at ABA accredited law school
2L or 3L
Interest in in-house legal work
