Learning and Development Intern
Job Summary
The L&D Intern will support a wide range of projects and initiatives taking place in the Learning and Development team this summer. Primary focus will be on projects in the content development and learning spaces, with the opportunity to gain exposure to additional related areas
Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)
- Assist in the build out of various activities correlated to the 30/60/90 onboarding roadmap
- Assist in building out learning curriculums for BL Career Paths
- Research, review and catalog supplemental learning resources - sourced from LinkedIn catalog to align with live learning programs
- Support analysis of engagement pulse survey data
Required Qualifications
Years of Experience in Related Field:
Education: You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate in Spring 2022.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience in researching and tracking findings
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven organizational habits
- Interest in learning new software/technology (SharePoint, Docebo/LMS, etc.)
Other:
- Inquisitive nature is a plus (comfortable asking questions and looking to better understand work (the "why" in addition to the "what")
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively
- Career/educational interest in learning is a plus
Working Conditions
Work is primarily sedentary in nature; no special demands required.
