We are seeking an Internal Communications Intern to join our Internal Communications and Community team. In this role you will work with our Head of Internal Comms to creatively develop new content for employee-facing channels such as our biweekly Tinder Huddles and Tinder intranet news.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the Head of Internal Communications on content for Tinder intranet news, our biweekly Tinder Huddles, and other internal channels
• Design, pitch, and execute on a new internal communication program — examples could include a new category of intranet news, a recurring short video program, new way of sharing information on Slack, etc.
• Work with team to create an internal dashboard that measures communication effectiveness
• Serve as our internship program correspondent, sharing news and information about the Tindership program and participants with the rest of the company

We're looking for:

• Interest in pursuing a communications, community, or HR career 
• Passion for communication and community building
• A strong writer, proficient with photo/video editing and production
• Reliable, prepared, responsive, and eager to learn
• Organized, strong attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to work cross-functionally to build relationships and trust with a broad range of individuals across the organization
• Interest and understanding of the tech industry
• Interest or experience in working with internally-facing teams

Bonus points if:

• You have prior internship experience
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with G Suite and Slack
• Leadership experience in clubs or organizations
• Experience with HR or internal communications teams
