That’s why we offer equity incentives, education reimbursement, 100% coverage of medical, vision and dental premiums for employees and their families, 100% paid parental leave for 4 months, cell phone reimbursement, 401(k) retirement plans, and free lunch five days a week for every employee. The way we see it, it’s better to be more than fair than not to live up to our name.

Fair is committed to creating an inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are fully focused on equality and believe deeply in the diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin and all the other fascinating characteristics that make us different.

Who You Are:

Fair is looking for a Growth Marketing summer intern! As an intern in our Marketing department, you’ll work across initiatives in one of the fastest growing start-ups in the world. From our headquarters by the Santa Monica pier, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across brand, creative, product, strategy and more as we seek to revolutionize how people experience cars in the modern age.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate across the marketing, product, and operations teams to ideate, plan and execute on marketing innovations that can efficiently deliver step-change customer growth. This will require rich quantitative acumen, product marketplace understanding, and an ability to execute in volatile and ambiguous environments.

What You'll Need:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical and creative pursuits
  • Eagerness to drive projects to completion with minimal direction, in tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively articulate complex data to business stakeholders (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in tech and mobility industry trends
