Overview
Our Los Angeles team is hiring a Growth Intern who will gain hands-on experience within New Business for a leading digital agency. This role will work closely with the EVP, SVP(s) and Director(s) of Growth to support and observe on pitches and prospecting process. This role is for someone who loves thinking strategically but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to support the team and make things happen.

A typical day for you might include
- Supporting the Growth teams on prospective deals
- Gaining an understanding of operational processes work in relation to RFPs
- Aiding in the design of pitch decks that align with overall client goal
- Supporting the Growth Monk who manages all work streams
- Supporting senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies, campaigns and lead generating efforts
- Developing a sufficient understanding of our product value propositions to education and position the solution
This job is for you if you have
- Majoring in marketing, business, technology, digital media
- A passion for the technology and innovation markets and are adept at following trends and speaking about their impact on companies and products
- Solid organizational skills, strong communication skills, and detailed-oriented
- A can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask multiple opportunities at the same time
- An understanding of Google Suite and are able to support on developing Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Photoshop experience
