About This Role

This job involves protocol development for measuring the impact of additives on wettability. Additives will also be tested and assessed for potential inclusion in new versions of Apeel’s formula.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize procedures for measuring the impact of additives on the wettability of Apeel’s formulas
• Test a wide range of additives and assess the viability of the additives as wetting agents
• Determine the impact of select additives on the performance of Apeel’s formulas deposited on waxed and unwaxed fruit
