FIGS is looking for an Intern for our FIGS Teams program to provide exceptional support to our Teams Relationship Management team. This individual will be a key contributor to the growth and support of FIGS’ Teams Program and resource for potential and existing TEAMS customers; ultimately ensuring word-class experience in every interaction and fostering unbeatable customer satisfaction. 

As a member of FIGS Teams, you’ll work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to stay current with new products and processes so it is important to understand how to effectively communicate through several departments and workflows. The role reports directly to Manager, FIGS Teams. 

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate order processing and data entry 
• Support opportunities and communications with the Teams Relationship Management team
• Communicate order fulfillment, processing to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1 year of sales support/data entry/customer experience 
• Experience using CRMs 
• Exceptional verbal and writing skills
