Diversity & Inclusion Intern (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Intern to join the People Team! Working closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team from our Santa Monica, CA office, you’ll support diversity initiatives, assist in local and global programs, and help shape our employee resource group.
What you’ll do:
- Support ongoing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in the areas of workforce, workplace, and marketplace
- Organize diversity heritage month events and recognitions
- Support daily management of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and help with their event coordination and communications
- Create Diversity & Inclusion internal communications and update internal web page
- Research and present on D&I best practices
- Partner closely with the Experience Communications team on internal and external Diversity & Inclusion communications and marketing
- Assist with presentations and materials for employee events
- Research and analyze market data, surveys, focus group feedback, and build reports
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS, Master's, or PhD program at a college or university
Preferred qualifications:
- Passion for diversity and inclusion
- Someone who demonstrates business orientation and acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated when interacting with all professional levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with employees/clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambitious environment; flexible and adaptable
