We currently have an opening for a Deskside Support Intern.  This position will be located in Burbank, CA.

The Deskside Support Intern will assist the Onsite Support team with setting up new computers, printers and trouble-shooting issues throughout the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Asset Management
• MDM implementation
• User level support on Teams transition
• Hypercare for One Drive, MDM and other initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive, Can-Do Attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Active Directory and Enterprise IT OS is a plus
• Good mobile user with experience in MDM a plus
