Customer Operations Intern - MBA

We are looking for a Customer Operations - MBA intern to join Snap Inc! Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters this summer, you’ll understand customer behavior, analyze data, identify industry trends, craft strategies, measure impact, and ultimately help develop a roadmap for innovating and optimizing the customer experience of our support ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
Deeply understand the processes, policies, and architecture of Snapchat’s support experiences
Conduct market research to identify industry trends around the best ways to support Snapchatters and/or our Advertiser partners
Analyze and understand the behaviors of our customers as they interact with our support model
Recommend key metrics necessary to identify opportunities and measure program success in a data driven manner
Recommend new strategies, approaches,and programs for our long term roadmap
Assist with other projects/initiatives as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Previous experience in a consulting, operations, product management, and/or strategy role at a consumer technology company
Experience producing high-quality presentations and written documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas and workflows to relevant stakeholders
Experience performing quantitative analysis of large data sets (using Excel, SQL or other data analysis tools)
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration, or a similar graduate degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Passionate about helping Snapchatters and understands what makes for an incredible customer experience
A team player who can collaborate with operations leadership, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
