Job Summary:
The position reports to the VP, Growth Marketing and will have a leadership role in managing and growing iHerb’s Co-Op Marketing efforts. This position works very closely with both Marketing and Purchasing Teams to create and execute custom marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for iHerb’s top brands. This role is vital to developing and maintaining iHerb’s vendor relationships. 

Job Expectations: 

  • Develop, Strategize, and Execute Co-Op Campaigns from ideation to post-campaign analysis 
  • Manage initiatives by working cross-functionally with our marketing (engagement, acquisition, market-specific, etc.) and purchasing teams 
  • Improve and increase co-op initiatives, vendor-driven marketing budgets, and the program at-large 
  • Work closely with the Brand team to align messaging, creative, and strategic brand positioning 
  • Support the Marketing team to monitor KPIs such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ad performance, and revenue and to also inform on findings 
  • Perform analysis on key business metrics to evaluate success and growth opportunities 
  • Make necessary updates in relation to brand pages and other assets within online selling platforms 
  • Competitive landscape/marketing plan analysis 
  • Participation/preparation for team meetings and executive reviews 
  • Dive into our marketing engagement and product usage data to uncover insights and inform on acquisition and retention programs 
  • Oversee and facilitate team’s daily operations and workflow — deadlines, deliverables, and processes — to ensure successful, on-time campaign execution 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Knowledgeable of various Marketing department strategies and tactics and able to speak to the department's capabilities
  • Collaborative and comfortable with presenting and working directly with vendors
  • Able to manage timelines, budget, and deliverables with excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities 
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between social media and business objectives 
  • Comfortable performing in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment 
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in Partnership Marketing, Media Planning, Paid Media/Digital Advertising, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience 
  • Working knowledge of various software programs including MS Office XP (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as the most prominent social media platforms and analytics trackers (Google Analytics, etc.) 
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management platform is a plus.
