What you’ll do:

• Support publisher development efforts by discovering new potential publisher partners - including media brands, content publishers, and influencers. 
• Conduct outreach at scale to bring new opportunities
• Coordinating pitch calls (scheduling, developing materials and identifying relevant examples)
• Grow into conducting pitch calls solo with smaller publishers - and learn how to close them. 
• Absorb. Be fully immersed in a fast-paced and profitable start up! Dive in and have the opportunity to contribute to multiple teams across the company
• Contribute. Have meaningful input on projects across the Business Development team. 
• Learn. See what it's like to work in Silicon Beach. Network. Try new things. Gain valuable insights into media and e-commerce. 

About You:

• Analytical. Strong quantitative and problem solving skills.  Experience with Excel is a must, Google Analytics a plus. 
• Tech Guru. Strong familiarity with e-commerce, online content sites, tech and lifestyle products, as well as an array of Social Media platforms. 
• Organized. Highly organized with the ability to juggle several things at once and prioritize time-sensitive projects.
• Dedicated. You go above and beyond because you are driven to succeed.  You make educated, logical decisions but also know there’s a time for trusting your intuition, vision and heart.
• Detail-Oriented. You strive for perfection in everything you do.
• Teachable. You enjoy learning and are ready to be pushed out of your comfort zone. 

What to Expect:

• Intro Call: You’ll hop on a quick call with the hiring manager so we can get to know you better — and you can learn a little more about the role. 
• Homework Assignment: We send over a quick exercise that challenges you to solve a problem and come up with a creative solution. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
• Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with a few team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
• Offer: We send over an offer and you (hopefully) accept! Welcome to Stack!
