Job Description:

Elite Technology is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to drive strategic employee messaging, engagement, and change communications. This individual will be responsible for crafting and delivering clear, compelling communications that align with our business objectives and enhance our company culture. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will own internal messaging, support leadership communications, and ensure employees across all locations stay informed and engaged. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with company priorities.
  • Craft clear, engaging messaging for company-wide announcements, leadership updates, and HR initiatives. 
  • Ensure messaging consistency across internal channels (email, intranet, Teams, town halls, etc.).
  • Manage and update the company intranet to ensure employees have access to relevant and up-to-date resources.
  • Partner with HR and IT to improve intranet usability and engagement.
  • Develop internal storytelling efforts to highlight company culture, employee spotlights, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and marketing to align internal and external employer branding.
  • Support leadership in crafting communications for key business changes and strategic initiatives. 
  • Guide and influence executives and senior leaders on internal communications best practices to ensure alignment with company messaging and culture. 
  • Develop toolkits and talking points for managers to cascade messages effectively. 
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive Q&A sessions and town halls. 
  • Plan and coordinate internal company-wide meetings, including quarterly town halls.
  • Develop pre- and post-event communication plans to reinforce key takeaways. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.  

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be currently located in the NYC Metro, DC metro, or Chicago Metro area.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles. 
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization preferred, especially in a high-growth or scaling environment.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages. 
  • Experience creating compelling presentations and visual content to support executive communications, town halls, and internal messaging, using tools like PowerPoint or similar.
  • Experience managing internal communication channels (email, intranet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, newsletters, etc.). 
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams, including HR, Marketing, and Leadership. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting change management communications is a plus. 
  • Travel required for in-person meetings, quarterly business reviews, and other business needs as necessary.
