Responsibilities
- Under general supervision the Data Analysist Associate will work closely with the Product Quality team to determine new, andimprove existing, ways to analyze data that will serve as key performance indicators of the health and performance our productsand services.
- Assessments made by the associate may be used to drive business decisions, inform maintenance and improvement decisions,and quantify business impact.
- Responsibilities may include data interpretation, modeling, visualization etc.
Qualifications
- Looking for a highly motivated individual perusing a degree in mathematics, statistics, data analytics or relevant field of study, witha strong analytical mindset, able to synthesize complex data and generate impactful insights
- Candidate should be a critical thinker with experience in breaking down complex problems and solving them using data
- Will be required to work as an individual contributor as well as collaborate in a group setting
- In addition, candidate will need to be able to navigate and execute on ambiguous tasks and seek help/advice where appropriate
- Experience in creating data visualization in tableau, or similar software, telling stories through data, and/or formalizing datainsights is a plus
- Experience in cable network technology is not a requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
