About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking an Industry Programming Specialist reporting to our Manager, Industry Programming on our Marketing team.
The role is a great opportunity to coordinate digital events and other impactful programs that drive Marketing Qualified Leads to move Ontra's business forward. This person will work with the Manager, Industry Programming to coordinate all aspects of and execute virtual events, in addition to developing new customer and community-focused programs.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute digital events from start to finish, including webinars, CLEs, and other community programs
  • Develop event strategy and content, including themes/topics for digital events and event materials
  • Source and regularly communicate with guest speakers/moderators and participants
  • Draft promotional copy for channels such as email, social, and web pages
  • Collaborate with team members to promote events and programs
  • Track, organize, and report on program data and KPIs


What you'll bring

  • Experience: 2+ years coordinating webinars and other virtual events (CLE training a plus!) and/or experience in marketing/events. Preferably in B2B SaaS space. Experience in legal or financial services sector a plus.
  • Communication: Superior verbal and written communication and exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate external parties and internal leaders/teams across departments.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to create and review marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines, while driving flawless execution of campaigns and messaging.
  • Prioritization skills: Hands-on ability to execute while managing multiple priorities with effective project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of external and cross-functional partners.


Pay transparency
Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

$67,000 - $94,000 USD
