About the role.
The HRBP, Global Snacking is an integral member of the Human Resources team, a cultivator of our culture and an owner of our core processes. This role is positioned to be a strategic partner to our Supply Chain, Finance, Portfolio & Marketing and International business teams. The HRBP, Global Snacking will work closely with the HR team to input into our strategy, be a source of new and different ways to work and collaborate and truly energize the business. The HRBP will have the privilege to lead 1 direct report (HR Specialist) and work in collaboration and with influence across the HR function globally.
What you'll be doing.
  • In collaboration with the HR and SLT teams, establish HR Strategies to meet objectives of the business.
  • Drive and improve HR processes across all client groups.
  • Own, monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPI's
  • Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
  • Know the talent and ensure solid development plans and opportunities are in place
  • Actively coach leaders on talent management, and performance differentiation.
  • Partner with the TA team and HR Specialist to execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management COE Leader to deliver the talent management processes, organizational assessments and learning strategies, and leadership development.
  • Partner with the Compensation and Benefits leader to implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs.
  • Partner with Communications to direct the planning and maintenance of communications.
  • Ensure legal compliance

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience as an HR professional, supporting leaders across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence.
  • Extremely high 'care factor' that allows you to provide outsized impact to the Global Snacking business.
  • Huge culture contributor with strong desire to ignite the business aligned with our high customer obsession.
  • Ability to work amongst various time zones in an efficient and customer focused manner.
  • Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive impactful results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong data analytical skills and process orientation along with proficiency in MS Office software including solid experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstration of ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching.
  • Strong business sense and acumen.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and understanding of executive conciseness.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
