The Position

Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Vice President, People Operations serves as the strategic people operations leader for the company.  Responsible for driving the business forward in line with the company’s strategic priorities, he/she will own all aspects of people operations in the organization including talent processes, payroll and benefits, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and company policies. 

This executive will partner with the Infillion leadership team to develop and execute programs and systems that build and sustain a culture that supports our customers’ needs and the needs of our business.  This SVP will lead the continued development of Infillion’s People Operations organization to create a highly efficient and effective shared service that will support the company’s growth and commitment to building a great place to work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Talent Strategy and Leadership
      • Design and implement effective and appropriate talent management processes, systems, and tools to support a high performing culture.  This includes performance management, compensation, recruitment, training and development, and engagement.   
      • Partner with Leaders to ensure that staffing structure aligns with strategic and programmatic priorities and best utilizes the resources available 
      • Ensure all critical roles are identified and filled as needed
      • Proactively work with business leaders to direct strategic workforce planning initiatives
  • Change & Culture Leadership
      • Partner with the executive team to articulate our DEI vision and roadmap; lead efforts to deliver on objectives and initiatives
      • Constantly challenge the status quo and look for ways to do things better and more efficiently
      • Plan for and help manage changes across the enterprise
      • Sustain and continuously evolve the culture to support company strategy
  • People Operational Excellence
      • Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into People Operations strategic and operational plans
      • Link People Operations processes and systems to overall company mission, vision, and values
      • Build and lead an effective, respected, and lean People Operations team that is business savvy, and results-oriented
      • Responsible for People Operations core processes and administration including payroll, benefits, employee data management, and regulatory compliance
      • Establish, maintain, and enforce company policies and procedures
    • Responsible for employee relations management including consultation and training, implementing proactive best practices, and coaching executives and managers. 
    • Partner with Infillion’s leadership team to develop and implement an innovative and agile talent management strategy that scales efficiently and effectively across the organization. 
  • Employee Value Proposition
      • Develop our EVP aligned with the company’s values, mission, and purpose. Serve as the lead advocate for our EVP, positioning Infillion as an employer of choice through external and internal engagement activities.
      • Develop and manage a system for measuring the success of our HR initiatives via KPIs and milestones
  • Recruitment and Retention
      • Identify and attract the best talent in a hyper-competitive environment and manage a talent management team responsible for:
        • Recruitment strategy and fulfillment
        • Internship Program (to be developed and implemented)
        • Training and Development
        • Performance Management system, process, and deployment
        • Develop internal and/or external recruiting expertise in Engineering and Data Science as well as Sales and Account Management.
      • Collaborate with Leadership Team to identify, develop and retain high-potential talent. 
  • Employee Experience
      • Employee onboarding/offboarding management, communications, and support
      • Employee relations consultation and issues management
      • Employee engagement tracking, reporting and action planning
      • Facilitation of Infillion Culture Council and the launch of employee resource groups
      • DEIA and culture programming to support an engaged and inclusive workplace
      • Development and management of company intranet
      • Employee recognition program
  • Total Rewards
    • Develop competitive, cost-effective, and progressive Compensation and Benefits systems that align with the diversity of our organization and evolving needs of our company
    • Advance the HR technology that delivers a more frictionless experience for our people: Manage the company’s HRIS and HR tech stack  
    • Manage regulatory compliance activities 
    • Maintain and evolve the company’s policies and employee handbook, as well as compliance activities 


The Person

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field  
  • Master’s degree preferred 
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a rapidly changing, growth-orientated, and performance driven environment
  • Experience providing strategic direction and oversight of the HR function and serving as an advisor/confidant to senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen - knowledge about how businesses work, business trends and how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace

Location

This executive may be based “anywhere, USA”; though preferred in Columbus, OH and very willing to travel.
