As VP of People Operations you will define the PeopleOps operating model -- how we interact with Titans and every touchpoint. You will enable ServiceTitan to scale efficiency from 2K Titans to 5K+ with a flawless employee experience. Our ambitions are large, and your role is just as large, as we can only grow as quickly as our workforce allows. You will grow, develop, and lead a global team that is always two steps ahead of the business, ensuring that our workforce is at the forefront of our growth. 

What You'll Do:

  • As the VP of People Operations, you will develop the PeopleOps technology roadmap with IT partners as the business lead for integrations and operations;

  • Innovate to reimagine our operating model, challenging key processes, with efficiency and global employee experience top of mind, and identify technology solutions make processes as repeatable, and automated as practical;

  • Set the People Insights & Analytics strategy, and deliver value-added people insights to solve key business challenges;

  • Partner with our international PeopleOps teams ensure consistency of experience;

  • Own PeopleOps HR compliance, including preparing us to be a public company;

  • Be the PeopleOps owner for M&A activities, including diligence and integration -- and ensure a seamless experience for future Titans.

 

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience, leading global teams, without arrogance

  • Core operations expertise; a structured, data-driven problem solver with a maniacal focus on optimizing processes and systems for better results

  • IPO readiness experience; depth of expertise in HR compliance, employment law, systems and process design

  • Experience expanding into new regions and leading international teams

  • Deep understanding of modern enterprise HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred

  • M&A experience, including due diligence and integrations from an HR perspective

  • Builder mentality, operating with a high degree of ownership and sense of urgency

  • Stellar communications and change management experience
