We are looking for a Training Manager to help us develop courses to continuously improve team performance. Positivity and attention to detail are a must. In this role you will: 

  • Develop a world class training program
  • Design, develop and deploy e-learning and in-class courses, including soft skills and product training for internal/external support teams
  • Work closely with Community leaders to enhance the current training program, and utilize e-learning tools to develop modules that are interactive and engaging
  • Provide continuous feedback to Tinder Community Leaders regarding training trends, course material feedback, and additional training needs
  • Coordinate with outsourced training staff and build an internal team
  • Regularly monitor trends in agent quality and make suggestions to increase agent performance
  • Provide in-depth and comprehensive analysis of training issues
  • Participate in calibration sessions with multiple vendors
  • Continuously work with leaders to develop strategies towards increasing quality and CSAT
  • Identify ways to improve the Tinder customer experience
  • Report directly to the Manager of Community Operations
  • Travel as needed 

We're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of training management experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of instructional design and/or technical writing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development - Training, or related subject
  • Someone who can adapt quickly to a new work environment, work independently, and quickly deliver results
  • Experience communicating virtually with offshore vendors
  • Knowledge of Lessonly or similar e-learning tool
  • Screen/Video Capture and Editing Software skills
  • Knowledge of Zendesk
  • Ability to understand and analyze training results
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep up with a large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping people
