What You'll Do:

You will manage the first stage of our recruiting process: identify, engage and qualify passive talent while providing an exceptional introduction to Fair.

  • Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers to build and execute effective + scalable recruiting strategies for unique, hard-to-fill roles
  • Identify, attract, and engage passive candidates with the use of Boolean searches, Linkedin, social media, etc.
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive technical talent for future business needs
  • Regularly track sourcing pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Create and foster company ecosystems for active and future openings; leveraging networking, online search tools, resume databases, direct sourcing, industry research, networking events, blogs, associations, and career events to develop a pipeline of qualified individuals (names/titles) for active & future roles
  • Stay abreast of industry & market trends, best practices and how that affects attracting the right talent for the organization
  • Make recommendations to support recruitment strategy based on market insight
  • Aggressively build a pipeline of top talent by sourcing across multiple and creative channels
  • Lean in as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, embracing organizational cultural change and influencing with data and analytics will be critical to success

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ technical sourcing experience in a corporate or startup environment
  • General understanding of engineering and how it fits into various types of organizations
  • Proven track record of success in submitting top quality leads at scale
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Proven ability to track, meet, and exceed defined sourcing metrics
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn/social platforms)
  • Solid attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience championing creative multi-channel sourcing approaches
  • Solid tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences and communities
