In this role you will:

• Support and partner with our recruiters and hiring managers to source top talent nationwide
• Use numerous sourcing channels to find, identify and connect with high caliber candidates
• Manage the pipeline of existing candidates to keep them active and engaged
• Monitor Greenhouse (our ATS) to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Serve as an internally and externally-facing representative of Tinder and our recruiting team

We're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for a variety of openings with an emphasis on software engineering
• Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities
• Must have a passion for the “the hunt” and no fear identifying passive candidates
• Experience with a web-based ATS, specifically Greenhouse
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision
• Organized, able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior startup experience is fantastic (but not necessary); being scrappy will help you hit the ground running
