About This Role:
As one of the first members of Crexi's recruiting team, you'll play an integral role in helping establish and enhance our culture. You'll support Crexi's growth ambitions and partner with hiring managers to find the ideal candidate for their roles with an emphasis on recruiting stellar candidates for our organization.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to attract, source, and recruit stellar candidates
- Interface closely with the Engineering and Product teams on their recruiting needs
- Provide an incredible candidate interviewing experience
- Use LinkedIn and other sourcing methods to proactively engage candidates
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews between the candidate and hiring team
- Track recruiting funnel metrics
- Complete and submit candidate interview notes (via our ATS)
Who You Are:
- Experience successfully recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and any modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, TalentHub, etc.)
- Self-starter and driven to take initiative
- Exceptional attitude that takes a problem-solving approach to tasks or projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to balance a variety of responsibilities, manage multiple priorities
- Fantastic interpersonal and soft skills
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
