Technical Recruiter
Who We Are & What We Do:
Multi Media, LLC owns and operates a thriving and growing adult-content, live streaming and chat platform. We steadily rank top 20 nationwide and top 50 globally on Alexa-list, and host over 10 million daily users! We are looking for a Sourcer to join the team in our Los Angeles or Irvine offices. This role is a six month contract and will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition with no direct reports. With us, you’ll be working alongside a collaborative and passionate team on top recruitment projects across the whole tech spectrum!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop strong relationships with the recruiting team and department leaders to understand Multi Media’s hiring needs and processes.
- Drive candidate closing processes including generating, extending, and negotiating offers.
- Full cycle recruiting support and consulting on a variety of roles across all of our technical departments.
- Proactively execute creative directives to source, evaluate, network with, and hire top talent.
- Be an advocate for both candidates and hiring teams and help guide both parties through the hiring process while managing expectations and communicating thoroughly and often.
- Work with the Recruiting and HR teams to develop and complete initiatives to help propel the business forward.
- Participate in Recruitment-related research projects as needed.
- Consult partners such as recruiting team members and hiring managers to assist with any issues and leverage them as a springboard for solutions.
Requirements
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting in a high-paced corporate environment (startup experience is preferred).
- Experience recruiting within Software Engineering, QA, and Data departments is highly preferred.
- Outstanding comprehension of niche technical terminology.
- Experience working with senior business leaders on roles and recruiting initiatives.
- Knowledge of technical market salaries and established experience creating and negotiating salary with candidates.
- Motivated problem solver using critical analysis and tenacity to work through challenges.
- Experienced and comfortable working with executive-level hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to make decisions autonomously, under pressure.
- High-level attention to candidate experience.
- Results-driven and data-driven, with great knowledge of recruiting practices and useful
