GoGuardian is looking for an experienced Recruiter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open requisitions at a time. You will be predominantly supporting the Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product, and Operations organizations. You will be expected to partner with leaders from various groups within the organization to develop recruiting and talent acquisition. Most importantly, you'll live and breathe our values to build lasting relationships and attract top talent.

What You'll Do

• Source for positions on various networking sites and social media to attract, screen and present the most qualified diverse candidates
• Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience
• Manage intake sessions with hiring managers to align around role requirements, sourcing, and interview strategies
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to iterate on the recruiting process from requisition kickoff through candidate close
• Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress
• Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high growth tech startups or agencies 
• Metrics-driven approach - you understand successful conversion metrics and goals
• Experience using Lever or similar ATS (Greenhouse, JazzHR, etc.)
• You are motivated and quick to take ownership of your work
• You have a desire for impact - ready to take on a lot of responsibility and work collaboratively with your team
• Actively works to build and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues
• Values others and acts to promote, support, and affirm inclusivity
