Talent Partnerships and Events Lead

We’re looking for a Lead of Talent Partnerships and Events to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Content team, you will help oversee relationships with celebrities and content creators. Often you will be in the field, inspiring and motivating creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. Working from our Los Angeles office, you’ll collaborate with other members of the Content team as well as other teams across the company.
What you’ll do:
Activate Snap Stars through custom dashboard and communicate onboarding
Build relationships with top celebrities and onboard them to various programs across the company - from Content to Product.
Leverage Storytellers' success on the platform to create opportunities for entertainment talent across content, including and especially Creator Shows and Snap Originals
Help lead event strategy across Originals in partnership with GBS including Vidcon, Originals Holiday party, premiere parties, and others.
Work closely with other teams to produce and execute event production
Through personal rolodex, build guest lists for events and work with management companies, PR firms and other organizations to get top talent to Snap events.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal communication
Knowledge of the entertainment industry
Interest in mobile-first content production
Bachelor's degree from a leading undergraduate institution or equivalent experience
5+ years successfully building relationships across the entertainment industry
