Collab was started by veteran video creators to help make the lives of independent creators easier and to provide everything they need to succeed creatively and financially. We specialize in working with mobile video creators and helping them build their audience and earnings across multiple platforms (YouTube, musical.ly, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc). Our network includes over 1,000 of the top social media creators with over 700 Million Followers.

Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Talent Assistant to add to our growing Partner Management department team to help support our Talent Managers as they continue to support our growing roster of creators. We need a passionate candidate that is highly motivated, competitive, and loves digital media, especially YouTube, Vine, and all social platforms. You will be supporting the talent team in its efforts partnering influencers and creators with the Collab network. The ideal candidate can multi-task, is creative, and has experience in a support role previously or with creators within the digital ecosystem. This is not a video production or content creation job. This could be a great learning experience for a candidate who seeks mentoring and insight into the business of talent representation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Partner Managers in their day to day activities supporting our roster of creators.
  • Capable multi-tasker including but not limited to: phone, scheduling and strong administrative skills.
  • Provide and recommend YouTube best practices to clients
  • Coordinate and organize production and design requests on behalf of clients
  • Work alongside sales team to pitch and support ideas to brands and agencies. Be able to provide recommendations for Influencers and rates for branded campaigns. Help to manage brand Campaigns through completion
  • Educate current and new creators on Collab’s creator services: content ID technology, Promotional syndication network, clip licensing, and multi-platform support
  • Attend relevant industry events
  • Manage all accounting, tracking and reporting
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Create and maintain agendas/reports for internal meetings. Develop and share internal meeting notes with team following discussions

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry, preferably in the digital ecosystem and/or artist/talent relations and/ or in a support capacity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, highly motivated personality
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Expertise and interest working with digital influencers across multiple platforms: YouTube, Snapchat, Vine, Instagram
  • Cold-calling and cold-emailing experience
