The Talent Development team creates and manages programs to support the personal and professional development of our employees. We are innovators on a mission to curate amazing learning experiences for the Bird flock.

We're looking for someone who can stretch across a variety of talent development needs, including program management & measurement, content/curriculum development, training facilitation and more. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and a team-player.. At Bird, you’ll have a rare opportunity to help build out the Talent Development function from scratch.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and/or lead the build-out of training programs and curriculum that accelerate performance and engagement across teams
  • Conduct needs analyses across the organization to identify opportunities for training and development
  • In partnership with the larger Talent & Org Development team, ideate, create and execute solutions that solve open training needs
  • Support the ongoing management of launched programs, including measuring impact and continual iteration to ensure we’re always improving
  • Develop content and curriculum (instructor lead and virtual) on various topics and facilitate trainings as needed

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS required
  • 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following domains: L&D or Talent Program Management, Instructional Design, Training Facilitation, eLearning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with public speaking
  • Experience with LMS a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and able to exercise a strong level of judgment
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape
