Here's What You'll Get To Do:

* Lead all corporate recruitment efforts for PlayVS, including but not limited to marketing, operations, finance, sales, customer success, and support

*Partner with senior hiring managers and talent team to understand hiring needs and deliver on creative sourcing strategies for engaging passive talent across all business pipelines

* Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through an innovative outreach strategy, comprehensive phone screens, and moving candidates through the hiring process in a timely manner

* Effectively align a candidate's motivations, trade offs, and expectations with PlayVS’ value proposition, role details, and expectations

* Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, BuiltIn, social media, referral drives, and recruitment events to expand top of funnel

* Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates


Here's What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting

* 2+ years experience recruiting for an array of business roles

* Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability

* Ability to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

* Has experience using a diverse array of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through a hiring process

* Has experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and pipeline candidates who align to our roles

* Ability to analyze data and track metrics to identify trends that can help the recruiting organization continuously improve upon its processes

* Most importantly, you understand the true meaning of diversity and inclusion and its importance in hiring for your team and for the company at large
